Bring structure to Consent Management at Danske Bank.
We are looking for a Consent Management Consultant with strong coordination, documentation and stakeholder management skills to support end-to-end Consent Lifecycle Management across business, technology and legal areas.
You will join the Test Data & Consent Management team within Data Privacy, Data & Analytics, T&S. In this newly created role, you will be working closely with stakeholders across business, technology and legal areas, and you will bring a structured approach to coordination and documentation, supporting a consolidated approach to Consent Management throughout the consent lifecycle.
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate the end-to-end consent lifecycle, including the creation, update and decommissioning of consents, working across business, technology and legal stakeholders.
- Act as a key coordination point for consent-related requests, helping stakeholders understand the process, requirements, responsibilities and next steps.
- Translate business, technology and legal requirements into clear actions and coordinate implementation, testing and go-live readiness for new or changed consents.
- Maintain clear and traceable Consent Management documentation, including requirements, decisions, approvals, process documentation and supporting evidence.
- Follow up on activities, dependencies and decisions across stakeholders, constructively challenging or escalating where needed to keep activities moving forward.
- Support the ongoing governance of Consent Management, ensuring agreed processes and responsibilities are followed and contributing to improvements in processes and ways of working.
- Support relevant consent migration and transition activities as Consent Management moves from the programme setup into an established BAU capability.
About you:
- Strong project and process coordination skills, with experience moving activities forward across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- An interest in connecting business, technology and legal perspectives, translating requirements into clear actions and helping teams find common ground.
- A good technical understanding and the ability to follow discussions about system integrations and dependencies—no developer background is required.
- Clear communication and effective stakeholder relationship-building skills, including the ability to constructively challenge assumptions, follow up on actions and escalate issues when needed.
- A structured approach and attention to detail, supported by strong organisational, documentation and governance skills to keep process steps, requirements, decisions, approvals and supporting evidence complete and traceable.
- Experience coordinating, supporting and documenting system implementations, testing and go-live readiness.
- Confident verbal and written communication skills in English for stakeholder collaboration and clear documentation.
Advantage / nice to have
- Experience with Consent Management Platforms (CMPs), similar workflow and governance platforms, consent management or other cross-functional business and technology processes, plus a general understanding of privacy, GDPR and consent requirements, would be an advantage but is not required.
What we offer you:
Monthly salary range from 3200 EUR to 4800 EUR gross (based on competencies relevant to the role).
Additionally, each Danske Bank employee receives an employee benefits package, which includes:
- Growth opportunities: a professional and supportive team, e-learning, development programmes (including professional certificates) and 100+ professions for internal mobility opportunities.
- Health & well-being: a diverse and inclusive work environment that supports work–life balance, additional health insurance, mental well-being practices, partial psychologist counselling compensation, silence and sleep zones at the office, and game rooms.
- Hybrid working conditions: work from home up to two days a week, a home office budget (after the probation period), and a modern Danske Campus workplace designed with an anthropologist to support the best employee experience.
- Additional days of leave: for rest, health, volunteering, exams at higher education institutions and other important activities, plus additional days based on your seniority at Danske Bank.
- Monetary compensation package: accident and critical illness insurance, financial support in case of unfortunate events, travel insurance, and third-pillar pension fund contributions.
Your contractual job title will be Data Privacy.
