Job Details
Cencora is hiring a Global Faculty Director for Cencora University, to serve as the architect and steward of Cencora University's enterprise facilitation and Business Liaison capability. You will lead a team of Leadership and Professional Development Facilitators who also serve as embedded Business Liaisons to their assigned business units, setting the enterprise standard for leadership and professional development facilitation excellence, governance, and consistency across every location and business unit the team covers. You will also remain a credible facilitator and executive presence in your own right, stepping into the room for the organization's highest-stakes leadership sessions, and you will represent facilitation and business-liaison strategy. You will partner closely with Cencora Leadership Academy's Portfolio Managers, Cencora University's Learning Design team, and business unit leaders to keep facilitation quality and business relevance tightly connected.

Responsibilities

- Lead and develop a team of Professional Development and Senior Leadership Facilitators who also serve as Business Liaisons, each embedded with an assigned business unit, setting the enterprise standard for both facilitation excellence and business partnership.

- Own the governance, standards, and quality framework for facilitation across Cencora University, ensuring consistency, rigor, and relevance regardless of location or business unit.

- Establish the strategy and operating model for the Business Liaison function, continuously refining how embedded facilitators connect enterprise programs to business-unit priorities.

- Own facilitator capability-building: coach and mentor facilitators, run faculty development programs, and raise facilitation quality and consistency across all locations and business units the team covers.

- Personally facilitate the organization's highest-stakes leadership programs and executive sessions, modeling the facilitation standard you expect from the team.

- Partner with Cencora Leadership Academy's Portfolio Managers and Cencora University's Learning Design team to ensure facilitator and business-liaison insight is reflected in program design and refinement.

- Serve as the facilitation and business-liaison advisor to the Sr. Creative Director, Design & Delivery, and other Cencora University leadership, representing the function in planning and steering discussions.

- Manage facilitator deployment and workload across locations and business units, balancing delivery capacity against business demand.

- Identify and evaluate opportunities to bring emerging facilitation technologies, formats, and AI-enabled tools into the team's practice, championing adoption where it strengthens the participant experience.

- Build and report on facilitation quality metrics (participant and sponsor ratings, business-unit engagement with enterprise offerings) and use the data to continuously raise the bar.

- Own the Business Liaison model's effectiveness enterprise-wide: ensure each facilitator is embedding enterprise programs into their assigned business unit's routines and surfacing business-unit insight back to the center.

What Success Looks Like

- Facilitation quality and participant/sponsor ratings are consistently high across locations and business units.

- Every assigned business unit has a facilitator they recognize as a trusted advisor, not just a session leader.

- The facilitation team has a clear development path and a strong faculty-development culture.

- Business units increasingly adopt and embed enterprise programs into their own routines, directly attributable to the Business Liaison model.

- Facilitation governance and quality standards scale as the team and business-liaison model grow.

.
Education and Work Experience

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience; Master's degree in Organizational Development, HR, or related field preferred.

- 10+ years of experience in leadership development or facilitation, including senior/executive-level delivery, with prior experience managing or developing other facilitators.

- Prior leadership experience (having held a formal leadership/people-management role) — required.

- Demonstrated experience building or managing a business-partnering or liaison model that connects a central team to distributed business units.

- Strong facilitation skills in both virtual and in-person settings, with the credibility to personally deliver the organization's highest-stakes sessions.

- Experience coaching, mentoring, or developing other facilitators' skills.

- Ability to work hybrid from our London office and travel as needed across EMEA and globally to support the team and program delivery.

- Experience partnering with instructional design, learning experience, or portfolio-owning teams to connect facilitation insight to program design preferred.

- Background in a corporate university, learning and development function, or consulting environment serving Fortune 500/Fortune 100 clients preferred.

Certifications

- Certified coach (e.g., ICF ACC, PCC, or MCC, or comparable coaching certification) preferred.

- Assessment certification in Hogan, Insights Discovery, DiSC, or a comparable leadership assessment tool preferred.
