- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate processes while supporting Continuous Improvement initiatives.
- Track priorities, turnaround times, and open actions, and communicate progress or roadblocks.
- Travel to other ABEC locations as needed for collaboration, training, workshops, and process alignment.
What We’re Looking For
You could be a great fit if you have:
- 1–3 years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, technical administration, document control, project support, or a similar environment.
- An associate or bachelor’s degree in Engineering Technology, Business, Operations, Manufacturing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP, PLM, document management, or other enterprise systems.
- Exposure to part numbers, BOMs, engineering changes, or controlled technical documentation is a plus.
- Strong written communication skills and the ability to create clear procedures, work instructions, process maps, and business documentation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with experience in workflow, process mapping, reporting, or collaboration tools being a plus.
- The ability to independently manage priorities while working effectively with Engineers, Designers, Managers, and cross-functional teams.
- An interest in Continuous Improvement, Lean, automation, and making processes better.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Why This Role?
This isn’t just an administrative position. You’ll be at the center of how Engineering operates, helping ensure information is accurate, workflows stay on track, processes are consistent, and technical teams can stay focused on engineering.
If you enjoy organizing complex information, improving processes, working with technical teams, and seeing your work make an immediate operational impact, we’d love to hear from you.
