About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team in Türkiye!

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support, installation, maintenance, and repair services for our customers. You will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, maximizing instrument performance, and supporting our growing service business.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform on-site installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of analytical instruments and related equipment.

- Deliver excellent after-sales technical support while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Respond to customer service requests and resolve technical issues within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical problems to minimize instrument downtime.

- Identify opportunities to promote service contracts, accessories, and consumables.

- Maintain accurate service documentation, spare parts inventory, and equipment records.

- Ensure tools and test equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and continuous improvement.

- Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and operational performance.

- Follow company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

- Travel up to 40% within Türkiye to provide on-site technical support and service to customers.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Communication Engineering, Chemistry , or a related technical discipline.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in field service, technical support, or a similar role.

- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

- Good command of English and Turkish , both written and spoken.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 40% within Türkiye.

- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and build strong customer relationships.

- Preferably based in Adana, Mersin, or Gaziantep, or willing to relocate to one of these locations. Candidates based in Ankara may also be considered.
