Summary
Responsible for maintaining and supporting the daily recording and control of accounting and financial information, as well as providing assistance and support to the Accounting, Finance, and Tax departments in accordance with Corporate, Tax, and Controllership requirements. Maintain cash flow in line with the forecast required for payments to suppliers, payroll, and services. Also responsible for account reconciliations, account clean-up, and confirmation of intercompany transactions.

Responsibilities and Activities
Finance:

- Provide support to the department as required, including business plans, forecasts, and requested financial analyses.

- Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports.

- Support financial information and Controllership analysis assignments.

Accounting:

- Record accounting journal entries in accordance with Internal Audit and Corporate guidelines.

- Responsible for reconciling intercompany transactions (domestic and international).

- File and safeguard financial documentation in accordance with company policies.

- Assist in the preparation of month-end account reconciliations, including supporting documentation and compliance with the parameters established by Internal Audit, for either the IMMEX or USA entity.

- Upload reconciliations into the OneStream system according to deadlines established by Corporate.

- Responsible for ensuring the monthly closing process is completed accurately and on time, in accordance with Corporate deadlines.

- Verify that documentation complies with applicable tax and administrative requirements.

Internal and External Audit:

- Responsible for the following internal controls required by CVG Internal Audit and KPMG USA:

SLTR.RTR.FRP.FRP-21 Reconcile ERP to OS

- Prepare supporting schedules for the audit of IMMEX financial statements.

Tax:

- Provide assistance and support to the Tax department in compiling the information required by tax authorities, including reconciliations of revenue, deposits, transfers, etc.

- Assist in preparing supporting schedules and reconciliations necessary to substantiate transactions required for audits conducted by the Mexican Tax Administration Service (SAT).

Other:

- Comply with safety policies, procedures, and practices.

- Support the organization's continuous improvement efforts.

Education / Experience / Skills
• High school diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial document management.
• 5 or more years of experience in a senior-level accounting and finance position.
