About the Role
Location: New York City (Primary), Denver, Chicago, Singapore (APAC), London, San Francisco, Austin, Los Angeles
Commitment: 5 Days In-Person
We're looking for someone who can keep legal and compliance work organized, accurate and moving as the company takes on more demanding customer requirements.
As a Legal and Compliance Generalist at Endex, you'll coordinate intake, records, evidence and follow-through across the legal and compliance team. You'll work with counsel and security owners to make routine work dependable, while routing legal judgments and control decisions to the people accountable for them.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Run Legal Intake: Collect the context for contract, privacy and compliance requests, route decisions and track the next action.
- Maintain the Source of Truth: Keep agreements, approvals, policies and evidence organized with reliable version and access control.
- Coordinate Reviews: Track deadlines and outstanding inputs across counsel, security, vendors and internal teams.
- Support Customer Requests: Prepare approved materials and coordinate responses to due-diligence questions.
- Improve Legal Operations: Build matter trackers, template libraries and self-service guidance that reduce turnaround time and missed follow-ups.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant Operating Experience: You've supported legal, compliance or another documentation-intensive business function.
- Attention to Detail: You keep records, versions and deadlines accurate and can spot missing information.
- Good Judgment: You distinguish an administrative task from a decision that needs counsel or a security specialist.
- Clear Communication: You make requests specific, follow up constructively and keep stakeholders informed.
- Operational Judgment: You can improve a documentation-heavy workflow while recognizing which questions require counsel, security expertise or an explicit approval.

- Experience with contract lifecycle tools or compliance evidence platforms
- Experience coordinating customer security or privacy questionnaires
- Experience with contract repositories, matter management or compliance evidence tools
Full-Time Benefits
- Health & Dental Insurance
