MAINTENANCE CLEANER

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Maintenance Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained for employees and visitors alike.

Requirements

-  Previous cleaning or maintenance experience preferred but not required.

- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift/move equipment when necessary.

- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.

- Sanitize restrooms, restock supplies, and ensure hygiene standards are maintained.

- Empty and dispose of trash and recycling in designated areas.

- Clean and maintain floors by washing, buffing, or waxing as required.

- Handle minor maintenance tasks, such as replacing light bulbs and cleaning air vents.

- Maintain cleanliness in outdoor spaces, such as entrances, walkways and parking lots.

- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed.

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.
