What will your responsibilities be?

Main responsibilities:

- Lead the maintenance team to ensure the delivery of fast, high-quality, and safe maintenance services.

- Represent KONE in communication with customers.

- Support the sales team in closing sales opportunities.

- Manage the daily operations and personnel of the maintenance team, ensure proper reporting, and collaborate closely with other departments within the company.

Requirements

- Academic qualifications in Business Administration or another relevant field.

- Good command of both Greek and English (written and spoken).

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Leadership capabilities.

- Service-oriented mindset and market awareness.

- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

- Ability and willingness to work with new digital tools and innovations.

- Previous experience in a technical field will be considered an advantage.

Ποια θα είναι τα καθήκοντα σας;

Κυρίως καθήκοντα:

- Θα ηγείστε της ομάδας συντηρήσεων για εξασφάλιση παροχής γρήγορών, ποιοτικών και ασφαλή υπηρεσιών συντήρησης.

- Θα αντιπροσωπεύετε την KONE για επικοινωνία με πελάτες.

- Υποστήριξη της ομάδας πωλήσεων για ολοκλήρωση ευκαιριών πώλησης.

- Καθημερινή διαχείριση ανθρώπινου δυναμικού της ομάδας συντηρήσεων, έλεγχος διασφάλισης ορθών αναφορών καθώς και συνεργασία με άλλα τμήματα της εταιρείας.

Απαιτούμενα προσόντα:

- Ακαδημαϊκά προσόντα σε Διαχείριση Επιχειρήσεων ή άλλο σχετικό τομέα.

- Καλή γνώση Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας (Γραπτά και Προφορικά).

- Δυνατές επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές ικανότητες.

- Ηγετικές ικανότητες.

- Νοοτροπία εξυπηρέτησης και επίγνωση της αγοράς.

- Απαραίτητη η νοοτροπία ομαδικότητας και η συνεργασίας.

- Ικανότητες και προθυμία εργασίας με νέα ψηφιακά εργαλεία και καινοτομίες.

- Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε τεχνικό τομέα θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
