Job Description

Responsibilit y:

- Develop HCP engagement strategy and engagement plan

- Lead team on regional executiion plan for HCP engagement.

- Work closely with sales team for high quliaty customer engagement

- Team management and people development

- Budget management and resource deployment

Qualification/Requirements

- 6+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry, experience of leading new product/indication launch preferred.

- 3+ years’ experience of independent product or portfolio management

- Advanced level of customer insights and strategic business management

- Growth mind for change and innovation

- Learning agility and adaptability

- Good interpersonal skills and willingness to collaboration with CFT to drive initiative forward.

- Fluent English in speaking and writing
