What You Will Do

- Manage MRB activities, including nonconformance disposition, QN closure, and inventory reduction.

- Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive corrective actions.

- Monitor MRB aging, QN TAT, and compliance with aerospace quality requirements.

What You Will Learn

- Aerospace quality standards, MRB processes, and nonconformance management.

- Root cause analysis, supplier quality management, and corrective actions.

- SAP quality systems, material traceability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications You Must Have

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.

- Experience in quality, manufacturing, or nonconformance management.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Qualifications We Prefer

- Experience in aerospace manufacturing or a regulated industry.

- Knowledge of SAP, AS9100, MRB processes, and Quality Notifications.

- Experience in supplier coordination, root cause analysis, and process improvement.
