What You Will Do

- Manage sourcing activities, including RFQs and cost analysis for production and development programs.

- Coordinate supplier setup and ensure compliance with company requirements.

- Monitor supplier pricing, price books, and cost variances.

- Analyze demand and pricing to determine appropriate order quantities.

- Work with Engineering and Program teams to support design and sourcing activities.

- Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities.

- Partner with suppliers to improve cost, quality, and product weight.

- Ensure suppliers are ready to support production requirements.

- Execute commodity strategies and maintain effective supplier relationships.

- Support special projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Manage priorities while maintaining ethical standards and EHS compliance.

- Adheres to participate in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and well-being of self and others.

Qualifications You Must Have

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.

- Knowledge of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.

Qualifications We Prefer

- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience in RFQ management, supplier negotiations, and cost analysis.

- Background in aerospace or manufacturing industries.

- Knowledge of supplier management and cost-reduction initiatives.

- Experience working with cross-functional and global teams.
