Accountabilities:

- Coordinate the delivery of customer onboarding and training plans, ensuring all activities are completed according to agreed timelines and implementation objectives.

- Schedule training sessions, assign responsibilities, and coordinate contract trainers delivering superuser, end-user, and other onboarding-related training.

- Conduct knowledge transfer sessions with trainers to communicate customer expectations, specific workflow requirements, operational needs, and change management strategies.

- Perform Operations and Adoption Analysis or oversee trainers conducting these assessments, ensuring customer needs and existing processes are properly understood.

- Lead Organization Build Workshops and Smart Start sessions, guiding customers through the planning, configuration, and validation of their software environments.

- Schedule and facilitate planning, database-building, and validation workshops with customers to ensure their systems reflect organizational requirements.

- Support customers in configuring their databases and workflows to meet their operational objectives and practice management needs.

- Oversee the transfer of knowledge from initial assessments and organization-building workshops to superuser and end-user training activities.

- Manage onboarding project tasks, coordinate additional training requirements, and oversee post-go-live activities.

- Collaborate closely with project managers to monitor implementation progress, resolve challenges, and ensure successful customer onboarding.

- Continue overseeing outstanding activities and training requirements after go-live, particularly those that could not be completed before the live conversion.

- Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, prioritizing activities and addressing customer escalations effectively.

- Identify opportunities to improve onboarding processes, customer experiences, and service delivery practices.

- Collaborate with internal teams to operationalize new professional service offerings and support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams to advise on successful onboarding strategies for newly purchased software solutions.

- Contribute to individual, team, departmental, and organizational performance objectives while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

- Typically, 3–5 years of experience in dental practice management software training or administration, the dental industry, or software solution consulting within a SaaS or cloud-based environment.

- Practical experience with dental practice management software, such as Dentrix Ascend, Dentrix Core, Dentrix Enterprise, or comparable dental technology solutions.

- Strong understanding of dental practice operations, workflows, and the challenges associated with implementing technology solutions in healthcare environments.

- Proficiency in relevant software tools, business systems, and operational procedures.

- Advanced planning and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects, training schedules, and customer requirements.

- Strong decision-making, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Ability to understand the broader business context, identify operational challenges, and design practical solutions that support customer objectives.

- Excellent customer-facing and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and communicate effectively with different stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and collaborate effectively with project managers, trainers, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

- A proactive, adaptable, and customer-oriented mindset, with strong ownership of assigned responsibilities.

- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline is considered an advantage.

- Six or more years of experience working with SaaS or cloud-based software solutions is a strong advantage.

- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

- Willingness to travel approximately 20–25% of the time, potentially with short notice, to support customer onboarding activities.
