Per un centro servizi dedicato all’assistenza telefonica di utenze domestiche e piccole imprese, cerchiamo una persona per il team di contatto clienti. Ti occuperai di rispondere alle chiamate, raccogliere le richieste e proporre il primo supporto utile.
Lavorerai con un gestionale CRM: aprirai ticket, aggiornerai le schede cliente e passerai le segnalazioni tecniche ai referenti competenti. Gestirai anche richiami programmati e conferme degli appuntamenti.
Requisiti:
• esperienza non richiesta
• comunicazione chiara e ascolto attivo
• dimestichezza con computer e posta elettronica
• disponibilità all’ingresso previsto a dicembre
