Physical Security Senior Technical Specialist

Physical security is a critical layer in protecting the people, assets, and operations that keep Danske Bank running. In this role, you will help build and sustain the resilient, standardised solutions that underpin the bank's ability to withstand and recover from disruptive events. You will join a global team where your technical expertise contributes directly to continuity and security worldwide.
You will be part of a collaborative global Physical Security Technology team, working alongside technical specialists across multiple locations to deliver consistent, standardised physical security solutions. The team operates at the intersection of security, resilience, and technology, engaging regularly with stakeholders in Risk and Resilience, IT, Enterprise Architecture, Cyber Security, Facility Management, and external vendors and integrators. The culture is built on shared standards, cross-border cooperation, and a steady focus on improving the bank's overall security posture.

You Will:

- Design resilient physical security architectures that support high availability, redundancy and recovery.

- Deliver complex technical security projects across international sites, ensuring consistency, quality and compliance.

- Integrate access control, CCTV and other physical security systems with enterprise monitoring, incident management and resilience frameworks.

- Validate that solutions meet defined resilience, recovery and operational requirements.

- Manage third-party vendors and integrators to uphold security, resilience and delivery standards.

- Bring experience from international technical security environments, preferably within regulated sectors.

- Communicate clearly and confidently in English, working collaboratively across cultures and stakeholder groups.

- Apply knowledge of Technical Design Manuals, security zone frameworks, operational resilience standards, audit or regulatory compliance processes.

Monthly salary range from 3600   EUR to 5400  EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
