Are you curious about banking, risk management and customer impact? Do you enjoy working with quality, structure and detail-oriented tasks? Would you like to be part of a team that focuses on continuous improvement and strong project delivery?
We are looking for an analytical, proactive and structured consultant to support customer-oriented remediation and risk projects across Danske Bank.
The role is in the Risk Projects team within Danske Bank’s BCPM, Business Controls and Product Management, in the BRT, Business Risk Transformation, unit. We operate across the Group and drive risk and remediation projects with broad impact, ensuring they are executed efficiently, documented properly and embedded across the organisation.
You will join a dedicated team working with complex initiatives where strong structure, stakeholder management, risk awareness, quality assurance and a solid understanding of banking products and customer impact are essential.
As a project consultant, you will be assigned to different risk or remediation projects. Your daily tasks may include data analysis, controls and quality assurance, stakeholder collaboration, customer communication, compensation pay-outs, project documentation and supporting smooth delivery throughout all project phases from initiation to closure.
We are ready to share our know-how, methodologies and best practices to help you get on track and grow professionally. You will work in a collaborative team with colleagues based in Denmark, Poland and Lithuania who take ownership, support each other and enjoy working together.
This role is well suited for someone who has already built a solid foundation in analytical, operational, project or process-related work and is ready to take on more responsibility, work independently and act as a strong sparring partner to Project Managers.
You will
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and proactively identify next steps, risks, dependencies and possible solutions
- Perform quality assurance, controls and validation of project data to ensure accuracy, consistency and auditability
- Work with data analysis, issue investigation and problem-solving in cooperation with Project Managers, consultants and relevant stakeholders
- Help ensure that compensation pay-outs and related processes are handled smoothly and with high quality
- Work according to established methodologies, guidelines and best practice processes while contributing to improvements
- Be comfortable with both complex analytical tasks and recurring operational or quality assurance activities
About you
- 3+ years of experience from an operational, analytical, administrative, project-related or process-oriented role
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to investigate issues, identify solutions and work with data
- A proactive approach and the ability to drive tasks independently
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to set priorities across several tasks or projects
- Good English communication skills and the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and structured way
- The ability to work with uncertainty in a fast-paced project environment
- Interest in banking products, customer impact, risk management or remediation processes

We provide a comprehensive benefits package that supports your work-life balance and career development. You will work in a workplace that encourages continuous learning, knowledge sharing and professional development.
