Working closely with the Head of GenAI Solutions & Governance, developers, solution architects, data scientists and senior stakeholders across Copenhagen and Vilnius, your role will be to translate product vision and business needs into structured, executable delivery .
You will take an established product direction and turn it into clear requirements, priorities, backlogs and delivery plans, while maintaining an overall view across engineering, data science and business dependencies.
A significant part of the role will be working hands-on with high-profile agentic AI products with senior stakeholder visibility . You will help keep these products moving from problem definition and requirements through implementation, testing, feedback and adoption.
Alongside product delivery, you will contribute to shared capabilities such as the Agent Delivery Standard and Skills Library , helping ensure that teams across the bank have effective standards and reusable capabilities for developing agentic AI solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include
- Translating product vision, business needs and technical requirements into actionable epics, user stories and acceptance criteria
- Owning and maintaining backlogs, priorities and delivery plans based on the agreed product direction
- Maintaining an overall view of delivery across engineering, architecture, data science and business dependencies
- Working closely with developers, architects and data scientists to turn requirements into practical solutions and delivered capabilities
- Structuring ambiguous problems and ensuring business requirements and user needs are understood before implementation begins
- Driving day-to-day delivery and following up on actions, dependencies, blockers and decisions
- Coordinating testing, stakeholder feedback and iterative improvement of GenAI products
- Managing stakeholder expectations and providing clear visibility on progress, risks and what the team can realistically deliver
- Maintaining Jira, Confluence and the documentation required to keep complex delivery structured and transparent
- Supporting the development and adoption of shared GenAI capabilities such as the Agent Delivery Standard and Skills Library
- Facilitating workshops and alignment sessions across multiple locations and teams
- Running procurement, assessment and onboarding processes for selected third-party GenAI tooling and capabilities
About you
- Two to three years of experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to product management
- Experience as a Technology Consultant or equivalent
- Experience running vendor assessments or procurement processes, preferably in regulated industries
- Technical fluency to collaborate with engineers and data scientists on APIs and integrations
- Strong written and spoken English with the ability to create clear documentation
- A structured approach with the ability to navigate ambiguous situations
If you have experience with LLM tooling, problem discovery methods or the financial sector , these would be valuable additions to your background. An interest in generative AI and agentic systems will help you thrive in this role.
