THE JOB:
As a Spa & Salon Sale Associate, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by personalizing product recommendations to our diverse guests within Spa & Salon. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest’s experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE: $14.50 (plus 3% commission rate)
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
- Engage all guests in a friendly manner using our SHOW Service Basics program to deliver WOW Moments.
- Assist guests with their needs and drive sales.
- Maintain a sales focused culture to achieve store goals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment and ensure product replenishment from stock room to guarantee our guest’s ease of shopping.
- Own the guest’s experience and report any opportunities for improvement to Retail Management.
- Follow all Retail, POS, and Cash Handling procedures.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Must have a High School diploma or GED.
