Sales Representative
As Sales Representative , you will be responsible for driving sales and profit growth for the Villeroy & Boch brand portfolio within the West Romanian market. You will support our customers and actively contribute to the further development of the assigned sales region.
Your tasks:
- you are responsible for managing and developing our customers and key accounts in the Western region of Romania
- with your digital mindset, you provide holistic consulting to our customers along the entire customer journey
- together with our customers, you maximize sales
- through potential analyses and the evaluation of dashboards and KPIs, you contribute to the further development of the designated sales region
- continuously maintain and expand our regional POS presence map for Villeroy & Boch and Ideal Standard; analyze competitor moves, track market trends, and report deviations with actionable recommendations
Your profile:
- completed degree in business administration and / or proven sales experience in branded sales
- proficiency in English
- very comfortable using Microsoft Office tools and CRM software (Salesforce is an advantage)
- category B driver’s licence and willing to travel frequently
- you have a natural ability to connect with people, build trust and maintain long-term professional relationships
- you are a skilled negotiator who can find win – win solutions
- you are driven by targets and committed to achieving them
