What You Will Do *

- Manage OE orders for Commercial Seating & Furniture, acting as the primary contact.

- Enter/update sales orders in SAP ERP and customer systems (e.g., Buyer Supplier Portal, JIRA).

- Verify order details: part numbers, quantities, pricing, and shipping info.

- Collaborate with Planning/site teams on requirements and ship dates.

- Host weekly customer calls for updates and service feedback.

- Partner with homesite CS SME to deliver excellent service.

- Address inquiries on order status, pricing, delivery, cancellations, and returns.

- Maintain sales order accuracy and generate daily/monthly shipment and delivery reports.

- Manage customer returns (RMA), coordinating cross-functionally.

- Keep customer interaction records and ensure account accuracy.

- Meet or exceed personal/customer service team targets (KPI)

- Perform other departmental duties as required including ensuring compliance with company policies and EHS standards.

Qualifications You Must Have

- Bachelor's degree or 6 years of equivalent experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

- Experience in SAP ERP and customer portals

- Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

- Experience in sales order processes and customer service inquiries.

- Familiarity with EHS standards and commitment to workplace safety.
