Specialist in Fees and Pricing Team

The Fees and Pricing Team in Vilnius is expanding, and we are looking for a motivated colleague who wants to grow, contribute to real banking projects, and help shape how we deliver services to corporate customers.
You will be joining a collaborative and detail-oriented team that sits at the heart of how Danske Bank delivers fee and pricing services to corporate customers across the Nordics. Our daily tasks include investigation, data analysis, overviews preparation and collaboration. The team works closely with advisory and cash management colleagues, contributing to bank-wide projects and continuously refining how things are done. The atmosphere is open and supportive, with room to suggest improvements and learn from experienced colleagues around you.
The workplace is located in Vilnius. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility; we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office.
What you will be doing

- Ensure accurate fees and pricing service delivery for corporate customers across 7 countries

- Investigate and resolve daily ad-hoc issues to maintain a high standard of customer experience

- Collaborate with advisory and cash management teams to consult on and optimise pricing solutions

- Participate in bank-wide initiatives related to pricing

- Identify opportunities to improve or automate processes using tools such as Robotics and Lean
About you

- At least 1 year of experience in an operational or administrative role

- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

- Focus on high quality and accuracy

- Ability to see the bigger picture and ‘connect the dots’

- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Good time management skills

- Proactive leaner and process challenger

- Upper-intermediate English skills, both spoken and written

Monthly salary range from 1880 EUR to 2820 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
