Position Overview

In the role of Training Specialist , you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer by supporting hearing care professionals in developing their technical, product and commercial skills.
We are looking for three Training Specialists to strengthen our Italian Training Team, with positions covering Northern, Central and Southern Italy.
You will design and deliver engaging training sessions, provide coaching and support hearing care professionals in understanding and effectively using GN hearing solutions.
This is a predominantly field-based position, requiring extensive travel throughout the assigned geographical area and, when necessary, across Italy, including frequent overnight stays.

The Team You Will be Part of:

You will join the GN Hearing Italian Training Team, reporting to the Training Manager.
You will work closely with colleagues from Training, Sales and Product Management to support our customers and commercial partners.
You will contribute to a collaborative environment focused on professional development, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

·        Support hearing care professionals in developing their knowledge of GN products, technologies and solutions.
·        Deliver effective technical and commercial training sessions, both in person and online.
·        Provide practical coaching and professional support to hearing care professionals in their daily activities.
·        Contribute to building strong relationships with customers and commercial partners.
·        Support the development of product knowledge, technical confidence and commercial competencies within our customer network.
·        Promote a positive learning experience through clear communication, practical demonstrations and interactive training methods.

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you shall have:

·        Excellent Communication, interpersonal, and group management skills.
·        Strong aptitude for public speaking and delivering training activities.
·        Interest in technology, innovation, and hearing aid / audio prosthetic sector.
·        Organizational skills, autonomy, and a strong attitude for teamwork.
·        Customer-oriented approach and commercial awareness.
·        Willingness to travel frequently across the national territory.
·        Good proficiency with IT tools and digital platforms.

The following will be considered an advantage:
·        Degree in Audioprosthetic Techniques
·        > 5 years professional experience in the hearing aid sector or healthcare-technical field
·        Previous experience in technical or commercial training
·        Proficiency in the English language
