ABOUT THE ROLE

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- Reach out to potential clients and help us grow our agency

- Advise customers on insurance products that fit their needs

- Sell and cross-sell Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies

- Build lasting client relationships with great service

- Set and achieve your own sales goals, contributing to the agency’s success

- Use our CRM tools to keep track of leads and opportunities

WHAT HELPS YOU SUCCEED

- One year or more of experience in sales, insurance, or other customer-focused work is preferred

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Willing to make outbound calls, follow up with new leads, and keep growing your business

- Self-motivated and eager to learn with solid organizational skills

- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health insurance license is helpful (or be willing to get licensed)
