KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate new business by identifying prospects, conducting outreach, and converting leads into policies

- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through regular communication and policy reviews

- Work toward individual sales goals that contribute to agency growth

- Develop a strong understanding of insurance products, services, and compliance requirements

- Participate in team meetings, sales trainings, and development sessions

QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal candidates are professional, proactive, and eager to succeed:

- At least one year of sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting sales conversations

- Willing to learn, accept feedback, and apply new coaching

- A Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license is a plus, or willingness to obtain required licensing

- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
