Cerchiamo un/una Addetto/a Informazione per il nostro team operativo nel settore dei servizi al cliente. La figura sarà responsabile della gestione delle richieste informative, sia telefoniche che dirette, garantendo un supporto chiaro e professionale.
Mansioni:
* Gestione delle richieste informative in entrata
* Fornitura di dettagli sui servizi offerti
* Aggiornamento dei database clienti tramite CRM aziendale
* Collaborazione con il team per ottimizzare il flusso informativo
Offerta e benefit:
* Retribuzione lorda mensile indicativa: 1400-1500 €
* Contratto a tempo determinato full-time

Requisiti:
* Diploma di scuola superiore
* Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali
* Disponibilità a turni flessibili
* Anche senza esperienza pregressa nel ruolo
