Your Role

- Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in a skilled nursing setting.

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and functional goals.

- Help patients improve mobility, coordination, self-care, and independence with daily activities.

- Monitor patient progress and modify interventions as appropriate.

- Collaborate with nursing staff and fellow rehabilitation professionals.

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
What You'll Bring

- Graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

- Current Michigan OT license.

- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

- A patient-centered approach to rehabilitation.

- Previous SNF experience is preferred but not required.
