Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full Time | Warren, MI
Help Residents Move Better, Feel Stronger, and Live More Independently!
Concept Rehab has an opportunity for a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant to become part of our skilled nursing rehabilitation team in Warren, Michigan.
We're looking for someone who enjoys providing hands-on patient care and working alongside a collaborative therapy team to help residents reach their rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities:

- Carry out physical therapy treatment programs established by the supervising Physical Therapist.

- Provide therapeutic exercises and functional mobility training.

- Assist residents with walking, transfers, balance, strength, and endurance activities.

- Monitor resident responses to treatment and communicate changes to the PT.

- Encourage participation and progress toward individualized rehabilitation goals.

- Complete treatment documentation in accordance with clinical standards.

- Work closely with nursing and other rehabilitation professionals.
Qualifications:

- Current Michigan Physical Therapist Assistant license.

- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred.

- Strong teamwork and communication skills.

- Passion for helping others improve their quality of life.
