Are you an Occupational Therapist who enjoys helping people overcome challenges, rebuild daily living skills, and regain confidence?
Concept Rehab is seeking a Part-Time OT to provide quality rehabilitation services in Adrian, Michigan.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in patient care, enjoys working as part of an interdisciplinary team, and understands the importance of helping each patient reach their highest level of function.
Position Responsibilities

- Complete occupational therapy assessments and functional evaluations.

- Design and implement individualized therapy programs.

- Provide therapeutic interventions focused on activities of daily living, upper extremity function, coordination, and functional independence.

- Track patient outcomes and document progress toward established goals.

- Communicate with patients, families, and the healthcare team regarding treatment plans.

- Ensure therapy services meet professional standards and patient care requirements.
Qualifications

- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

- Active Michigan Occupational Therapist license.

- Passion for patient care and rehabilitation.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Skilled nursing or post-acute rehabilitation experience is beneficial.
