About the role
Join Infineon and play a key role in sustaining manufacturing excellence. In this position, you will be responsible for troubleshooting production issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and supporting stable, efficient operations to ensure high product quality and manufacturing performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to process optimization, yield improvement, and operational sustainability in a dynamic semiconductor environment.
Your role Key responsibilities in your new role
- Understand final test process flow, control plan and all relatedOJTIs. Understand product technology, product characteristics, test program,electrical test and analytic tools.
- Support for engineering sample preparation, tracking, and shipmentcoordination to support project and customer requirements.
- Support test throughput improvement, test platform conversion, Lot on Hold, Lot Reject Rate and OEE.
- Support product transfer qualification phase and process sustaining in ramp-up phase.
Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Diploma’s or bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Electrical
- Experience 3-5 years in Final test or related role in semiconductor sector.
- Good command of English both Written, Speaking and Listening.
- Have basic knowledge of computer programming e.g. C++, JAVA, Python
