We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Port Huron, Michigan.
What You'll Do

- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

- Provide occupational therapy services to help patients improve independence and daily living skills.

- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as needed.

- Collaborate with nursing staff, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.

- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies.
What We're Looking For

- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.

- Current Michigan Occupational Therapist license or eligibility.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Passion for helping patients achieve their highest level of independence.

- Previous skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience is a plus.
