What You'll Do:

- Provide quality occupational therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

- Help residents improve independence with daily living activities and functional mobility.

- Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress.

- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes.

- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and strategies.
What We're Looking For:

- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

- Current Michigan OTA license or eligibility for licensure.

- Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.

- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- A genuine passion for helping others achieve their highest level of independence.
